got pancakes?

Zion Lutheran is pleased to host a pancake breakfast on the first Saturday of every month beginning at 9 a.m..  We would like to invite everyone to attend our next breakfast on July 5th.  Bring your friends, neighbors and family and come enjoy some good fellowship and, of course, pancakes!  There is no charge for this community event but donations are always graciously accepted.  We hope to see you at the next beakfast!  Check out our calendar for more details.

Garbage wanted.

It's that time of year again, time for Spring cleaning!  As a service to the local community Zion Lutheran Church and the South Forest Park Neighborhood Association (SFPNA) are hosting a "Neighborhood Dumpster Day."  Each family in the South Forest Park neighborhood is welcome to bring two truck loads of garbage to help with their cleaning projects (bring your ID to verify your residence).  Mark your calendars now for this opportunity so that you don't miss out: June 7th from 9-1 p.m. (or until the dumpsters are full).  You can also view our church calendar, events page or contact the church office through this blog for more details.  Information can also be found on page 3 of the SFPNA May Newsletter.

Welcome to the new blog for Zion Lutheran Church of Everett!  It is our hope that this resource will help our congregation and local community stay up to date with current and special events at the church.  We will also be using this blog for facilitating church business through items such as the calendar and contact information for facility reservations.  If you are new to the community or are looking for a new congregation we cordially invite you to visit Zion Lutheran and attend our worship service which begins at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday.  We look forward to meeting you!
